Important Info: How we're responding to COVID-19

In light of the recent global outbreak of COVID-19 we are taking some extra steps to keep our spaces clean and healthy for you at my office.

Here's what we are doing:

  • Hand sanitizer is available for your use

  • I am continuing to sanitize my mat under the massage table, slippers, tools, bowls and surfaces inside my massage room.

  • We are disinfecting surfaces such as doors, light switches, tea and water dispenser buttons, books etc. between appointments

How you can help:

  • Wash your hands frequently

  • Sneeze and cough into your arm/elbow

  • Use tissue to wipe your nose

  • Avoid touching your face (we won't touch ours either)

  • Please do not come in if you are not feeling well, I cannot massage a person who isn’t well and coming in puts me at risk as well as everyone else in the office. As always, there are no penalties for late cancellations for illness.

Here are the CDC's facts on this virus and ways we can help protect ourselves and each other. Please know we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our community. We will continue to share any updates that impact out community.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me at:
